Amy Marino, a trusted NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Realty, born & raised and currently reside in New Rochelle. I proudly serve New Rochelle, as well as neighboring Westchester County neighborhoods. I began my career in real estate five years ago. Over those last five years, I have earned over 13 million in sales!
I graduated from Katharine Gibbs Business School with an Options Business Degree, which started my career in the corporate world. My corporate experiences have prepared me to provide the best service to all of my real estate clients and customers.

My approach centers on listening carefully to my client's priorities, crafting targeted marketing plans & pricing for sellers and identifying neighborhoods and properties that best match my buyer's lifestyles and budgets. My goal is to also educate my clients throughout every step of the entire process to help assist them in making the best decision possible, be in constant clear communication, be understanding, maximize value, minimize stress and get these deals to the closing table!!
